Order

Orders placed via the website engaging the buyer upon the acceptance of order given by the buyer on the website.
From the time the customer has registered his order, he is deemed to have accepted knowingly and without reserve prices, delivery times, volumes and quantities offered for sale and ordered. By its order, the Customer is involved in a grouped order with one or more suppliers.

Price

Product selling prices are those in effect at time of order recording excluding shipping costs. Being a grouped order, product selling prices are the cost prices and purchase products from suppliers, added a cash donation to the association “Amateur Radio 88” and to the association “Amateur Radio 68”.

The product selling prices can be modified at any time by external events.

Shipping costs are borne by the Client for any order, established based on the weight of the shipment and the country of destination. Shipping costs will be indicated to the registration of the order by the Customer.

Payment

Except particular stipulating, the products are paid on order. The buyer after validating his grouped order pay it by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, National Banking Card, Dawn, Map VPay, Cofinoga / Privilege, Cofidis 4 stars, American Express, Discover) or Paypal account. The advance payment does not result in a discount.

The delivery is involved only until the total payment of the order and shipping charges.

Delivery

Delivery is done as soon availability of the product to the buyer; For grouped orders, the shipping of the items occurs after an initial indicative deadline indicated on the data sheets of products, taking into account the open order period (grouped orders), the indicative delivery date of the supplier at ShopShip and the preparation period. The transport delay to the buyer is added to this delay and can only be estimated and may vary depending on the destination country. The Customer check shipments upon arrival and establish all reserves and claims that appear justified.
In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be made by the Customer by registered letter with return receipt to the carrier within three days from delivery. An information copy will be sent to ShopShip.

Ship Shop retains full ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the total price including charges.

Responsability

ShopShip is only bound by an obligation of means; his liability can not be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, hacking, viruses, break service, or other unintended problems.

Data protection

Under the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has a right to access and rectify data concerning him and kept by ShopShip.

Warranties

Products sold benefit from the manufacturer’s legal warranty. Excluded from this guarantee, all products modified or repaired by the purchaser or by any other person and all products covered by a service contract and specific maintenance.
For grouped orders, any return of the product under the above warranty must be filed with the original supplier. To this end, the purchaser will contact ShopShip who will then transmit to the Customer all contact information to reach the concerned supplier. All procedures, communications, put in relation, all the costs and risks associated with returning the product to the original loan provider are the buyer’s expense (customer).

Intellectual property

All elements of the site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ShopShip.
No one is allowed to reproduce, use, repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site they are software, visual or sound.

In case of contradiction between descriptions of translated versions of documents, the French language document shall prevail.
